From my experience with my Bengal, Nala, interactive toys always win. She loves when I play with her using a wand or feather toy. It’s not just about the toy itself—it’s the bond she builds during playtime. When I leave her with solo toys, she’ll bat them around for a bit, but nothing keeps her as excited as chasing something I control.

My Bengal boy actually enjoys both, depending on his mood. In the evenings, he goes crazy for our play sessions with the laser pointer or feather wand. But during the day, when I’m at work, he’ll happily keep himself busy with puzzle feeders and rolling balls. I think Bengals need a mix to keep their energy and intelligence satisfied.

I thought solo toys would be enough for my Bengal kitten, but I quickly learned otherwise. She started meowing at me every time she got bored. Once I introduced interactive play, like chase toys and wand teasers, she became so much happier. It’s like she craves the “hunt” with me as her partner in crime.

Honestly, my Bengal is a solo toy addict. He’s super independent and loves anything that moves on its own—automatic lasers, battery-powered mice, and treat-dispensing balls. I still play with him every day, but I’m surprised at how long he can entertain himself with those gadgets. Every Bengal seems to have their own personality when it comes to toys.
